Pricing is based on volume, distance, floor and lift access, packing requirements and any extras such as storage, assembly or extended insurance. The form gives you an instant estimated range; the final figure is fixed after a free survey.
Yes. Every move includes insurance as standard. For high-value items we issue an extended policy at declared value and hand you a copy of the policy.
Protective equipment such as stretch film, tape and mattress covers is provided by us. In standard packing, our team wraps bulky items at no extra charge. If you handle the packing yourself, we do not supply cardboard boxes or additional wrapping paper; cardboard boxes, wrapping paper and bubble wrap are available for an extra fee. These rules do not apply to storage: because the packaging stays on the items throughout storage, brand-new packaging material is used. This differs from local moves.
A two-bedroom flat within the same city usually takes 5–7 hours. Domestic long-distance deliveries take 1–3 days, and international road transport takes 4–14 days depending on the destination.
Yes. Storage is provided at our 3,000 m² covered depot in Istanbul, with humidity- and temperature-controlled areas under 24/7 camera surveillance, by the day, month or year. Every item is photographed in and out.
Not a problem. Our mobile hoists reach up to the 25th floor, and we use compact shuttle vehicles for narrow streets. These conditions are identified during the survey and included in the price.
